Where do I download the Dawn app?
You can download the Dawn app from the Apple store (for iPhones) or the Google Play store (for Android phones) for free. Get on our email list to be notified when we offer new content or features.
How do I subscribe to the app?
Once you download the Dawn app, you will need to create a login using your email address and a password of your choosing. To do this, access the side menu from the top right corner of your Dawn app. Tap “Log in” and then “REGISTER.”
To access the premium areas of the site you will need to select a low-cost monthly option. Includes a 7-day free trial, so you can try out the app at no cost. Once you subscribe you can unsubscribe at any time.
Can I cancel my subscription or get a refund?
You can cancel your monthly subscription to the Dawn app at any time using the app store where you purchased it. As a small business, we cannot offer refunds on monthly subscriptions at this time.
How do I return or exchange my Dawn merchandise?
Because we are a small company and your purchase helps support our efforts to spread faith and mental wellbeing to as many people as possible, we are not able to offer refunds and exchanges at this time.
How do I apply to contribute to or collaborate with Dawn?
We are always looking for fresh, inspirational voices from a diverse group of creatives, who share our vision for helping people connect with God in new ways, while supporting their mental wellbeing. We are not able to include all of the contributions offered, but are happy to read or hear your pitch for a blog piece, audio content, or art work for future Dawn seasons.
